Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, phone number), booking and payment information needed to issue tickets, and basic usage data such as the events you view and your selected city.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process bookings and payments, issue and validate tickets, credit your wallet, provide support, and improve the product. We don't sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We don't store full card details on our servers.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile in the app, and request deletion of your account by contacting support@betrrr.app.
